Event Info

Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to try to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those of others under your control as you believe to be necessary.

Children must be accompanied by an authorized guardian. If you will be bringing a minor to the event who is not your own child, there are specific paperwork requirements. You can find the forms, that must be notarized, in the Minor Waivers/Medical Forms category at https://www.sca.org/resources /docume nt-library/ Event Refund Policy: No refunds shall be provided if the event does not make a profit. The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing no later than seven days after the event. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed.

THE SCA PROHIBITS HARASSMENT AND BULLYING OF ALL INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS.

 

Participants engaging in this behavior are subject to appropriate sanctions. If you are subjected to harassment, bullying or retaliation, or if you become aware of anyone being harassed or bullied, contact a seneschal, President of the SCA, or your Kingdom’s Board Ombudsman.
